Prayer Corner- Please pray that God will help us meet our Sharathon goal shortfall in the upcoming months. Also, as we prepare for and as we celebrate Easter this month, pray that people will come to know Jesus Christ as their Savior.

Well folks it’s a wrap! Another Spring Sharathon is in the books. The question usually asked at this time is, “How did you do?” I will cut right to the chase. We were able to raise $100,000 of our goal of $200,000. Now realize that for the last several years, we were unable to make our goal and needed a fall fundraiser to make up the shortfall. Usually between the two fundraisers and the miscellaneous donations given throughout the year, we have miraculously reached our budget. Thank you to everyone who gave this year and in years’ past.

This year, aside from the fundraising, we all feel we had the best Sharathon ever. It was fun, and we were able to visit and connect with so many of God’s people. As usual, the toughest job we have is thanking all who participated and gave of their time, talent, and treasure. The Lord’s people are the best! Personally, it was a blast. How many people do you know who get the chance to interview a cow live on Facebook? Our theme was “Spread the Word”. That, of course, means ‘spread the Gospel’. But also, ‘spread the word’ about the Cornerstone. What a great success! Thanks to all of you who participated.

The follow up question is, “What are you going to do now?” We are going to trust the Lord and be the best stewards we can be. This is His ministry, and He knows the ministry’s needs. For the last 20 plus years, we have been faithful, and He has supplied. I have no reason to think it won’t happen again this year. So, unless the Lord inspires someone to come along and help us make up our shortfall, we will tighten our belts, live within our means, and be grateful.

Luke 12:42 And the Lord said, "Who then is the faithful and wise manager, whom his master will set over his household, to give them their portion of food at the proper time?
